How much does an AI 3D product configurator cost?
It combines a one-off setup, which depends on product complexity, the number of animated parts and languages, with a monthly maintenance licence. You receive a fixed proposal after the first meeting. [Add indicative ranges]
What does the monthly licence include?
Hosting, technical maintenance, updates to the avatar’s knowledge when your products or documentation change, and support from our team.
How long does a project take?
A first product is usually ready in [X–Y weeks], depending on model complexity and available documentation. With a trade show coming up, we plan back from that date.
Do I need 3D models or CAD files?
Ideally yes: we start from your CAD or existing models and optimise them. If you don’t have them, we build the model from drawings, photos and dimensions.
How is the avatar trained, and what if it doesn’t know an answer?
